When you buy KBinterent you are agreeing to these terms. 

When providing us your information You acknowledge that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and you agree that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree that all information supplied to us during any purchase is correct and complete. You understand that providing KBinternet false or incorrect information may result in additional fees, product and/or service delays or suspension or termination of your services. 

All charges for mobile hot spot plans which you purchase from KBinternet, are paid in advance.  Full payment is due at the beginning of each plan period.  Under no circumstances will any proration of the charges be made regardless of the length of time service is provided by KBinternet during the plan period.

Subject to plan fee changing. If the carriers rates change KBinterent will give warning of plan rate changing, but is allowed to change you monthly rate. Customers will have notice of plan change.

You agree to pay all taxes and fees imposed by governments or governmental entities. We may not be able to give advance notice of changes to these charges. However, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manner.

Due to KBinternet being a prepaid service provider, midcycle plan changes are not allowed. Any plan change request. Verizon data reset will be the 9th, AT&T data reset is on the 15th. Regardless of when your payment date is, your data will reset between these dates. If you exceed your data limit between this time and need the internet quicker than the second, you will have to purchase another sim card. 

KBinternet will not be liable for delays, damages or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of a governmental body, acts of God, acts of third parties, fires, floods, strikes or other labor-related disputes, of other things we do not control, or an during a warranty replacement.

NOTE- DO NOT Fall In The Carrier’s Data Abuse Policy. Data Abuse Is When More Than 40GB Is Pulled In Less Than 24 Hours. There Are Two Levels Of Consequence, Keep From Getting Your Service Suspended. 1st Strike, Carrier Will Throttle Usage (usable). 2nd Strike, Throttle Will Be More Intense (hardly Usable). 3rd Strike, Service Will Be Suspended. Service Will Resume The 15th. KBinternet Will Keep You Going At The Best Of Our Abilities. 

If you are a wireless customer located in southeast Arkansas these term apply - minus data cause issues. Tampering with equipment and disrupting service can call for a service call and could cost.

RETURN POLICY RETURNS    

 Our risk free trial lasts 10 days from the time you receive the equipment from us with the exception of there being an error on our part. If more than 10 days have passed since the device was delivered, it is not refundable. If you are having issues with the equipment or the carrier chosen, contact KBinternet. The period is calculated from the day of delivery based on the tracking number.     To be eligible for a return, item must be in like new condition in the original packaging. The packaging must not be torn apart and the equipment must be in the condition received installed and no major or visible damage and without internal damage.      Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.     There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.     Equipment with obvious signs of abuse, surge damage, or other damage caused by neglect will not be accepted for return.     REFUNDS (if applicable)     Once the return is received and inspected, notification will be provided if the return and/or refund are rejected.     If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Allow 10-14 days from the return for it to appear on statement.      LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS     If you believe that you have not received an approved refund, please contact kbinternet870@gmail.com
